Clearly Pretty Awesome Competition Winner Announced
While C-P-A does not stand for Celebrity Paparazzi Antagonist, it does represent the winning entry for Jamie Nicholson and Caddo Mills High School in Caddo Mills, Texas. The high school student’s anti-definition of the acronym CPA beat out nearly 1000 other entries to score the top prize in the AICPA’s
StartHereGoPlaces.com website’s first ever competition – the Clearly Pretty Awesome Competition – meant to encourage high school students to investigate accounting careers through the website designed primarily for them. Ms. Nicholson won a laptop for her creativity and her entry was chosen to kick off the Start Here, Go Places. advertising campaign. In addition, her school will be awarded a  $3,000 grant in her name for educational resources. The second-place entry, Country Pig Artist, came from Erica Haeberlin, a student atWhitefield Academy in Louisville, KY.
